Job work

Know what’s still with every job worker.

Every outward challan stays open until the goods come back. Part returns leave a clear balance, not a phone call to the dyer.

Returns matched to their challan
Receive what came back and the rest stays on the job worker’s balance.
Losses checked against the allowance
Loss above what the step allows is flagged for someone to review.
Bundles counted back piece by piece
Good, rejected and short pieces per bundle. Job workers can scan bundle tags without a login.

Before we talk

Questions, answered.

Something else on your mind? Talk to us.

Is it for fabric makers, garment makers or both?

Both, and the steps in between. Knitters, weavers, dyers and processors track lots, rolls and shades. Garment makers track cutting, bundles, stitching, checking and packing. You set up the steps your factory runs.

Can we use it for job work?

Yes. Outward and inward challans, part returns, losses, and work sent from one job worker straight to the next. You always see what is still outside and for how long.

Do our job workers need to use it?

No. You record what goes out and comes back. If you print roll or bundle tags, job workers can scan them on their phone without a login.

Do you support GOTS and OCS?

Yes. Content claims follow each lot from yarn to carton, transaction certificate requests are prepared from your shipments, and you can download an evidence pack for your buyer or certifier.

Does it handle export orders and other currencies?

Yes. Orders and invoices can be in your buyer’s currency, with the rupee value and the rate you used kept on record. Export shipments carry their documents.

Can we keep using Tally?

Yes. Weavzi sends vouchers to Tally and tracks which ones Tally accepted, so your accounts stay where they are.

Do we have to start with everything?

No. Start with job work or production tracking and add invoicing and the rest when your team is ready.

How do we get pricing?

Book a walkthrough on this page, email info@weavzi.com or message us on WhatsApp. We’ll talk through your process, setup and pricing.
